Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for: 

• Defective or damaged items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Incorrect items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind: We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before placing your order.

To initiate a return:

2. Provide details: In your email, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Shipping: Once you have received a response, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own expense. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of the reason for the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in their original condition or if they are missing any components.
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
